Dr Joanna KULESZA

Joanna Kulesza, Ph. D. professor of international law and internet governance at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz, Poland. Kulesza is also a member of the Scientific Committee of the European Union’s Fundamental Rights Agency and Vice-Chair of the At-Large Advisory Committee within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers where she represents the interests of individual internet users. Since 2019 she co-chairs the Advisory Board of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise. She has authored five monographs and numerous other peer-reviewed publications on international law, human rights, and cybersecurity. She actively engages with NGOs in Poland and beyond to support end-user interests and human rights online.
