The webinar introduces the recently completed study by the Global Digital Human Rights Network on the human rights aspects of the Covid-19 immunisation passport. The study involved researchers from 23 countries. The results and recommendations will be introduced by professor Mart Susi, Chair of the network, and associate professor Tiina Pajuste, leader of the network’s research focused group.

The webinar will be opened by Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Eva-Maria Liimets. Former Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and German Federal Government Cyber Ambassador Regine Grienberger will provide their comments on the study and express their views on the topic of immunisation passports. EU Fundamental Rights Agency Director Professor Michael O’Flaherty will make a statement on the subject matter.
