Two GDRHRNet colleagues, Matthias C. Kettemann and Giovanni De Gregorio, have put together a series of events on the role of courts in digitality.
From 22 April to 15 July 2021, the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut, the Baffi Carefin Center der Universität Bocconi and the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) have invited stellar speakers to share their views on the role of courts in shaping digitality.
The series will start on 22 April 12-1.30 p.m. CEST with the CJEU’s Advocate General, Maciej Szpunar, and Professor Mireille Hildebrandt of VU Brussels discussing the courts as law-makers for the Internet.
